Expert Bâtiment de France, a real estate and building expertise firm for professionals and individuals, is the extension of the expert activity of the company Idéation-développement, present on the market since 1970. Specialized in consulting, organization and subcontracting in building, the company has realized to date 500 building sites for large groups such as Gagneraud, Vinci, Bouygues, Brunet, or I3F.
Bruno Cellier, the founder, is an experienced professional who has worked for the largest national companies in the building and construction industry. He is also a CNEDIES-certified expert arbitrator and founder member/treasurer of the FFEB (French Federation of Building Experts). His wish was to create a reference system at the national level, in order to pool knowledge in the building industry, to enhance it and to provide guarantees of quality.
